How to Keep Lender Contacts Up to Date
Over the course of a deal, it’s common for lenders to refer you to another colleague or ask you to connect with a different contact at the same institution. Lev makes it easy to keep your contact list current.

What to Do When You’re Referred to a New Contact
If a lender replies with something like, “Please reach out to Sarah instead,” you can:
- Open the deal and go to the Outreach tab.
- Remove the original contact.
- Add the new contact from your network—or enter their email manually.
- Relaunch to make sure the new conversation is tracked.
Managing Your Network
- Head to the Network tab to search for contacts, update info, or add new lenders.
- You can sort by institution, title, or past deal activity to find what you need.
