How Lev Tracks and Displays Email Conversations
Whenever you launch an email through Lev, the platform automatically keeps track of that conversation, helping you manage lender engagement in one place.

How Email Tracking Works
- Emails sent from Lev are linked to your deal.
- When lenders reply to those emails, their messages show up in the Outreach tab.
When Replies Don’t Get Tracked
If a lender creates a brand-new email thread instead of replying to your original message, Lev can’t automatically detect it. To make sure their response is included:
- Remove the original lender from the deal.
- Add the new contact (or updated email thread).
- Relaunch the deal from Lev.
FAQ
Q: What happens if I forget to relaunch?
That conversation won’t be tracked in Lev. Relaunching ensures all messages are connected to the deal.
Q: Can I manually link an outside email to a deal?
Not yet, but we’re working on that functionality.
