Fixing Outlook Email Integration Issues
Sometimes, after sending an email through Lev, you may notice a duplicate draft sitting in your Outlook. Don’t worry, this doesn’t mean the email wasn’t sent.
It’s just something Outlook displays occasionally, and it doesn’t impact your deal tracking or email delivery.
Your data stays private. Lev is SOC 2 certified. Your data is secure, never shared, and only accessible to your team.
Why You’re Seeing This
Some Outlook users might see two versions of the same draft even though the message has been delivered successfully. This is just a visual issue in Outlook and won’t affect the recipients or your Lev tracking.
How to Fix It
- Go to Settings > Email Integration in Lev.
- Disconnect your current email integration.
- Reconnect using your work email credentials.

Yes. Once the message is sent, it’s safe to delete any leftover drafts.
